Terrance McGovern

Terry brings a wealth of experience from his background in Corporate and Real Estate Finance, holding degrees from Georgetown, Rutgers, and the Wharton School. He has worked with major institutions like CIBC and Bank of Montreal for The Irvine Company and The Dole Company, financing luxury developments and golf courses, and was involved in the redevelopment of downtown San Diego. He has also worked with architects and contractors on luxury residential properties.

For the past 12 years, Terry has called Dana Point home, actively contributing to the community through charitable and academic roles, including service on the boards of the Orange County School of the Arts and the Santa Ana School Board. A former athlete, he now enjoys golf and the California sunshine.

Terry is excited to join Compass and work alongside Susan Chase, supporting her expanding client base with his deep expertise and passion for real estate.
